I liked Dr. Kaplan right away. This was the doctor for me, I thought to myself.

He was kind, gentle & just had a way of making me feel good about the way I looked, even as we talked about what we could "enhance". The word "change" was never used. We walked over to a very large mirror in the consultation room and he asked me what I saw in the mirror.

I saw deep bags under my eyes, a sagging chin, a mixed complexion - uneven skin tone, large pores. He never criticized anything about me, i was comfortable enough to show him every little detail I was unhappy with including my breasts, butt & thighs. Not everything I wanted done, could be done. A COSMETIC surgeon is different than a PLASTIC surgeon so I live with what I can't change for now, and listen to what the doctor can do and am suprised at how non-invasive these procedures are! We started treatments that day!
