  RULES—98.9 WMMO ROADIE FOR A DAY – Joe Cocker Concert (April 19th, 2009)
  
  1. Entrants will register at participating Perkins locations for the chance to be “Roadie for A Day” at the 98.9 WMMO Downtown Concert on Sunday April 19th, 2009. Each Perkins Restaurant will randomly choose 1-3 finalist(s) and give their names and information to 98.9 WMMO (when contacted by WMMO representative). One Grand Prize winner will be chosen on the Tuesday before the concert (April 15th, 2009). Entries will be accepted beginning March 16, 2009 through April 14th, 2009.
  
  2. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or to win. All U.S. Federal, State, Local, and Municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. To be the “Roadie for A Day” you must be 21 years of age or older.
  
  3. Employees of COX Radio Inc. and Perkins Restaurants, parent or related agencies, companies, and their immediate families, as well as employees of other radio stations in the metro Orlando area are ineligible to win. Immediate families include only spouse, parents, and children.
  
  4. To claim prize(s) winner(s) must present proper identification and sign appropriate release forms on the date of their assigned show. Winners will be contacted by telephone when they are drawn. The winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and 98.9 WMMO reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. As a condition of receiving the contest prize, the winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and public release, which must be signed at the time the winner claims his/her prize upon designated arrival time at Orange Avenue (Between Anderson and South Street) at requested time. Failure to sign the affidavit and release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of 98.9 WMMO and COX Radio, Inc., result in the winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize.
  
  5. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
  
  6. Grand Prize: “Roadie for A Day” for the 98.9 WMMO Downtown Concerts, a chance to meet the artist(s) (meeting cannot be guaranteed-final decision is up to artist(s)), limited backstage access, access to special viewing area during the concert, and access to the post-concert party.
  
  7. Limitations of Liability: By entering the contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (2) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest, but in no event, attorneys’ fees and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for. Contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and in any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
  
  8. Entrants release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue COX Radio, Orlando Inc. and each respective owner, officer, agent, or employee, as well as, Perkins Restaurants, parent or related companies as a result of any personal injury or property damage suffered by entrant.
  
  9. Entrants assume all liability for any damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this promotion or use by redemption for any prize. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to hold 98.9 WMMO, COX Radio Orlando Inc. and each respective owner, officer, agent, or employee, as well as, but not limited to Perkins Restaurants, parent or related companies, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize(s).
  
  10. By entering the contest, contestants release 98.9 WMMO, COX Radio, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims to, loss or destruction of property rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).
  
  11. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries.
  
  12. All entries become property of COX Radio Inc., and the participating sponsors. COX Radio Inc. and the participating sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. Contest rules and dates are subject to change without notice. ALL decisions on eligibility and availability of entrants/winners rests solely with COX Broadcasting and such decisions are final. By entering the contest each winning entrant consents to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity without compensation.
