To Pay It Forward I would take 200 $100 bills and distribute them anonymously and randomly to people in need and tell them to pay if forward in a good deed. It works! Submitted by Cheri B.Well give Cheri B her wish a pile of 100 dollar bills. 200 of them, as a matter of fact, so she can play the good Samaritan and pass them out as she sees fit. And because shes so nice about it, well give her 50 more an extra $5,000, so she can do something nice for her and her family. |
What others are saying
- HelpingThis past year several friends have been hit hard. I would love to help them, my husband and I feel extremely blessed. I start school in January so are money is tight but I would love the opportunity to help those around me. I have one friend that lost her job and her house is in foreclosure. Maybe extra money could at least put her in an apartment or get her house payments current. Anything is possible with a little extra cash. I know we have to work hard if you want anything good in life but sometimes life can blindside you.
- My C ompanyI want to save my company. I have worked at a company in Orlando for 3 years and now that the economy has become so bad we have had to downsize from 50+ employees to less than 20. Just this week we all took a cut in hours and nearly everyone that works at there is a single mom with 2 or more children. The I4 widening project claimed eminent domain on our building and since we have had to move to a more remote location we have lost nearly all of our retail customers. I would take the money and get them 2 billboards downtown and do all the marketing possible just so that they can survive. We are on our last leg and the money is running out for payroll. Whoever wins this I hope they spend it well.
- Others in NeedI've always had a dream to have enough resources to be able to drive through a neighborhood where the residents are obviously in need of a decent, safe place to live and the wherewithall to be content, call in contractors and others (anonymously), cover the costs of home renovations, outstanding medical bills and/or utility bills, and ensure that, if there are children in the home, they have access to the best schools in their area. Once the wheels are set in motion, I simply drive away and move on to the next neighborhood.
Right now, I'm no different than most of the American public -- living from paycheck to paycheck and keeping my fingers crossed and thanking God that at least I HAVE a paycheck!
I hope someone wins this fantasy who is willing to provide a fantasy to others who are at the end of a very long rope.
