I'm a recent graduate starting my third year as a mental health counselor. I love my profession; I'm confident I have found my life's work. <br> Trouble is, I look at my life and feel overwhelmed with student loans. I wish I could take advantage of the market conditions and purchase my first home! <br> During the past year, I met the love of my life-- who graduates in April 2009. We both want to purchase a home and start a family. It's a VERY exciting time for us!! <br> I feel like my "adult" life has finally started: I want to make a commitment to my man and our future life goals... and maybe even a proposal??
