I would love to be able to get my husband the back surgery he so desperately needs. He has ruptured discs in both his neck and lower back from years of repetative lifting and hard labor. Our insurance won't pay for surgery as they consider it a pre-existing condition. To have the means to afford the surgery and recovery/rehab AND not worry about the bills would be wonderful. We are beyond struggling now as it is. He lost his job in April and we wiped out all our savings trying to hold on to our home. Although he has since been employed in Sept, we are so far behind with bills...I've stopped answering the phone. The fantasy of winning...this is what I dream of.
