Member Center: What is it?
This is were you can go to view all the contests you've entered and get access to special offers only members can see. You must be a registered member of the site to access the member center.


Edit My Profile: What do you do with my information?
You can add, change, or remove information as you see fit. Keep in mind that we do require some items to keep your membership current. For example, we need an up-to-date email address. If your personal circumstances change for any reason, please take a moment to update your profile so we can continue to serve you.


Wireless email: What is this for?
In order to receive wireless alerts to your mobile device, you must supply your mobile phone number and select your mobile provider. If you do not see your provider, you can type your mobile email extension into the box labeled 'other'.


Password Change: How do I change my password?
From the Member Center home page click change my password.


I forgot my password: How do I get a new password?
If for some reason you've forgotten your password click here, enter your email address, click "Send password" and a temporary password will be sent to you. Login and change it as soon as possible.


Free Subscriptions: How do I sign up?
From the member center home page, click edit free subscriptions. If you choose to "sign me up", this means that you will receive the product (message, newsletter, alert, etc) delivered to the media appropriate for that product. A newsletter will be sent via email or to your PDA; a wireless alert may be sent to your cel phone or other location. If you choose "remove me", this will discontinue receipt of items for which you've previously signed up.


3rd party information: What does this mean?
When you play a contest or fill out a form on the site, you may be asked if you'd like your information to be made available to a "third party" - in most cases, this would be the sponsor of the contest or form. You control this process completely-we don't share, rent, sell, or otherwise provide our listener's information to anyone without the listener's express and explicit permission. So, if you don't want to be contacted by the third party, do not check the box that would allow this to occur.

If you do check the box allowing your information to be sent to a third party, you can anticipate hearing from them at one point or another in the future. We cannot control the frequency or content of those communications. If as time goes by you choose to change your status with the third party, i.e., unsubscribe from their emails, you'll need to contact them directly. In most cases, we won't be able to assist in removing you from their contact lists.


Contest History: Why are some/all contests I have entered missing?
This area shows information about contests you've entered that have already ended. It won't display information about current contests. You can see up to 12 months of your contest play activity here.


Canceling Membership: How do I cancel my membership?
If for whatever reason you'd like to cease being a site member, simply click here to cancel your account. Your profile and personally identifiable information (like your email address or wireless phone number) will be removed from our database. You'll also no longer receive newsletters, alerts, or other items that you may have signed up for. If you cancel, you won't be able to win any current membership-required contests for which you're signed up.

If you change your mind - great! But you'll need to re-register. However, none of your historical information from your previous membership is retained or available for review (like your contest history, for example).
