Let me start by saying by no means do I think this is happening anytime soon, but I’ll take any good news and things moving in the right direction!

Could an Aerosmith reunion be a strong possibility in the future? Its only been 5 months since their announcement about retiring from the road, back in August, which was about a one year after Steven Tyler fractured his larynx during a show back in September of 2023.

According to People Magazine, just a few days ago Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton hinted at a possible reunion for the band and gave an update on Steven’s vocal injury…

He told Boston University’s news station WBUR, “Steven’s healing process is going really, really well, but it goes at its own pace. Maybe Aerosmith will do something in the future, but it’s a big if and the last thing I want to be doing is to try and push Steven in that direction.” He said, “If we do anything in the future, it would come from him.”

Now, it does sound like he’s recovering nicely and doing well. To me, Steven Tyler seems like a lifetime rocker and a road warrior, I think he wants to be out touring probably more than anyone.

Steven’s daughter Mia told “PEOPLE” a while ago that her Dad was doing much better, but not following doctor’s orders.

“He’s not supposed to be talking sometimes, so I have to literally yell at him and be like, ‘You can’t be on the phone with me right now, lets just text,’ "

“You can’t shut him up — he can’t close that mouth,” but said that he’s “very healthy.”

So, for now, all we can do is wait and hope the best for Steven and the healing process.
