Brian Johnson’s First Show With AC/DC Was In Belgium And Now There’s A Statue Of Him There

Brian Johnson joined AC/DC in 1980, shortly after Bon Scott’s passing. And the band moved quickly to get back in the studio, and then back on the road. The first concert Brian played with the band was in Namur, Belgium, June 29th 1980, just 4 months after joining. And now that city has erected a life-size statue of him to commemorate that historic moment in rock.
