Its the holidays. Its also still a pandemic. So I think we get to not just double up on desserts this year, but quadruple up on sugar baked happiness. Enter the Pumpple Cake. Invented by the Flying Monkey Bakery in Philadelphia, the Pumpple Cake is 4 desserts all in one. Apple pie, pumpkin pie, chocolate cake, and vanilla cake. You have the apple pie baked into the vanilla cake, and the pumpkin pie baked into the chocolate cake, then layered with frosting between. Why not? At this point I’m not sure if 2021 will be real, so might as well enjoy life now while we have it.
