Tesla are making a short tour swing through Florida next week on their way to this year’s Monsters of Rock Cruise. Before they stop into the Orlando House of Blues their bass player and founder, Brian Wheat called me to talk about the covers they like to play, how they chose them, how underrated Frank Hannon is as a guitar player, and why Brian doesn’t care if people call them a ‘hair band’ now, although he used to really hate it.
